Lisa teaches a variety of yoga styles and classes. Her classes explore a combination of breath work, meditation, Chinese medicine, restorative, vinyasa, holds, theory and therapeutics. She has had the pleasure of studying Katonah Yoga, Restorative with Beth Sanchez, Forrest Yoga with Cheryl Deer, Yoga Therapeutics with Tiffany Cruikshank and Amy Ippoliti, Anatomy with Jason Crandell and more.
